Looking to advance through your cruise line’s loyalty program four times faster? If you’re a fan of Princess Cruises, you’re fortunate.
If you book one of Princess’ inclusive packages for sailings leaving between August 1 and December 1, you will receive twice the normal amount of cruise credits. These credits are one of the two methods passengers can achieve elite status in the Captain’s Circle loyalty program. (The other method — the number of days cruised — is not influenced by this promotion.)
Travelers who sail with Princess in standard accommodations during the specified dates and buy either the Princess Plus or Princess Premier Package will earn two cruise credits per trip instead of one. Both packages offer additional benefits such as Wi-Fi, gratuities, specialty restaurant meals, drink packages, fitness classes, and premium desserts.

- Gold status is achieved following the completion of your first cruise.
- Ruby: Following the accumulation of three cruise credits
- Platinum: Granted after accumulating five cruise credits

Here’s the catch: Passengers who book suites or pay a single supplement to occupy cabins designed for two people receive double cruise credits under the standard program. Under this promotion, solo travelers or those booking a suite and buying a Princess package will earn four times the usual amount of cruise credits.
Imagine you’ve never sailed with Princess before and you book a suite or travel solo in a standard room with this promotion. The four cruise credits you earn will enable you to bypass Gold status entirely and advance directly to Ruby for your second trip.
If you are registered as a Ruby member and take a qualifying cruise that grants you four cruise credits, you will achieve Platinum status on your next sailing.
Even though every tier has its own appealing benefits — like a recognition pin and access to members-only onboard events — it’s the Platinum level that really stands out in terms of value. This tier includes priority boarding during embarkation, 50% off internet packages, and discounts on spa services, among other advantages.
Princess launched its add-on packages to give cruisers more inclusive fare options. In 2023, Princess enhanced these packages by incorporating items that were previously free but would now incur charges unless a package was bought.
The Princess Loyalty Accelerator Offer applies to trips scheduled between August 1 and December 1. At least one of the two packages must be included in eligible reservations by no later than two days prior to the departure date.
