One general IHG promotion offers a discount on award nights at newly opened IHG hotels and resorts for stays until August 31.
The qualifying new hotels and resorts are available on IHG’s website. There’s nothing special you need to do to obtain the discount; simply log in to your account and use IHG points to book a stay at one of the new hotels.

When you reserve a Hertz rental car via the IHG Trip Extras portal, you can benefit from exclusive rates and additional IHG points. In particular, you will receive 1,500 IHG points for each rental, along with an extra 500 points per day if you hold elite status, or 125 points per day if you are not an IHG elite member.
By reserving a vehicle from Dollar or Thrifty via the IHG Trip Extras platform, you can enjoy daily discounts and earn 125 IHG points for each day of your rental.

By purchasing a package, you’re required to participate in a one- to two-hour timeshare presentation. These sessions are often quite persuasive, aiming to encourage attendees to commit to buying a timeshare. It’s important to note that agreeing to attend such a presentation might prevent you from taking advantage of more favorable offers later on.
