Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay: 59-Room Hotel Set to Open in June 2027, Now Open for Reservations
The eagerly awaited Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay is on the verge of its opening, with booking now available for stays commencing June 1, 2027. This will mark Hyatt’s first hotel in Turks & Caicos and the premier Andaz establishment in the Caribbean. Spanning a 5.5-acre area, the resort will boast 59 rooms and 74 branded residences, preserving a boutique ambiance. Guests will have access to three dining venues and bars, a spa, a children’s club, and a fitness facility, all situated on the breathtaking Grace Bay beach.

The opening has encountered notable delays, originally slated for 2021 following its announcement in 2018, but various setbacks have delayed it until mid-2027. The resort is now available for booking, with rates beginning at $1,300 per night, excluding taxes and service fees, which elevate the price to $1,800 per night during the off-peak season. For those redeeming points, it qualifies as a Category 8 World of Hyatt property, necessitating 35,000-75,000 points per night.

The Andaz Turks & Caicos represents a promising enhancement to the Caribbean’s points hotel landscape, potentially offering a more opulent experience compared to current choices such as the Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos. With additional developments like the Salterra Turks & Caicos and the forthcoming Waldorf Astoria, the area is increasingly appealing for travelers in search of luxurious accommodations. The Andaz’s boutique charm and prime position on Grace Bay establish it as a highly awaited venue for future guests.
