Flying Blue’s flexible award pricing indicates that these reductions are applicable to the lowest, saver level award prices. For transatlantic journeys between Europe and North America, one-way economy awards generally begin at 25,000 miles, premium economy at 40,000 miles, and business class at 60,000 miles. Nevertheless, with the Promo Rewards, members can benefit from lower prices, such as 18,750 miles for economy awards to locations like Houston and Montreal, and 45,000 miles for business class to Seattle.
The Flying Blue Extra program, a subscription-based membership that offers added benefits, grants access to more Promo Rewards, including flight discounts to Vancouver and Cancun.
