In late 2024, Cathay Pacific unveiled its new Aria Suite business class, representing a major enhancement in the airline’s services. The Aria Suite is being rolled out on the Boeing 777-300ERs, with a plan to retrofit the entire fleet by the conclusion of 2027. Currently, 10 aircraft have undergone reconfiguration, with the process taking approximately seven weeks per plane in Xiamen.
The Aria Suite is not intended for other long-haul aircraft such as the Airbus A330 or A350, nor for regional 777s. Nevertheless, it will be included on the new Boeing 777-9s when they are delivered, despite ongoing delays.
For the IATA winter season, the Aria Suite is accessible on flights from Hong Kong to Frankfurt, London, Melbourne, Sydney, and Vancouver. Beginning January 3, 2026, it will also be offered on the San Francisco route, marking its launch in the US market.
To confirm if a flight includes the Aria Suite, refer to Google Flights for “Individual suite” in business class, or search for “45 Aria suites” on Cathay Pacific’s seating chart. The 777-300ER featuring the Aria Suite has 45 business class seats, including row 14 and four seats in row 20.
Cathay Pacific’s Asia Miles program provides the most award availability for booking this product. As the rollout progresses, additional routes will include the Aria Suite, further solidifying Cathay Pacific’s reputation as a world-class airline.
