Delta Air Lines has revealed intentions to launch a new Delta One Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Terminal 2, even though there is already a lounge located in Terminal 3. The existing Delta One Lounge at LAX, which debuted in 2024, is more compact in comparison to other sites, like JFK. The upcoming lounge is part of a more extensive redevelopment of Terminal 2, with construction set to begin shortly and completion expected by 2027. This initiative marks the first occasion of a US airline operating two premium international business lounges at the same airport. Delta’s growth at LAX features new services to Hong Kong and Manila, suggesting possible expansion plans even amidst the competitive landscape at the airport. The airline’s approach at LAX is still being fully grasped, but the new lounge is designed to meet rising demand.
