In case you missed it, Norse Atlantic Airways just announced a new flight from Los Angeles to Paris. One-way flights between these cities usually cost $400 to $500, and most are not direct. However, starting May 1, 2024, the low-cost Norwegian carrier will offer nonstop fares as low as $279 one-way.

The flight to Paris will operate six days a week. It’ll leave Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 9:10 p.m. and arrive at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) at 5 p.m. Returning to LA, the flight will depart CDG at 4:15 p.m. and arrive at LAX at 7:05 p.m. the same day.

On May 15, the one-way flight costs just $277.
