**Kennedy 89: A New Hyatt Unbound Collection Property in Frankfurt**
In May 2023, Hyatt revealed its intentions for a new full-service establishment in Frankfurt, Germany, dubbed Kennedy 89. This hotel, which is part of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection, is scheduled to launch soon, with bookings opening from January 11, 2026. The debut has faced several delays, initially slated for 2023, then moved to 2024, 2025, and now 2026. Nevertheless, the updated schedule appears reliable, with the hotel’s website indicating an opening date of December 18, 2025.
Kennedy 89 will offer 181 accommodations, including 68 suites, each featuring private balconies and integrated kitchenettes. The entry-level rooms will measure 30 square meters, while standard suites will range from 46 to 48 square meters. The hotel will rise 14 stories high, boasting amenities such as the Eighty Nine Restaurant & Bar, a fitness center, meeting rooms, Kasa Lounge & Bar, and Jack’s Rooftop Bar, providing vistas of the Frankfurt skyline.
Situated in the Sachsenhausen district, Kennedy 89 is just a 10-minute ride from Frankfurt Airport and a short walk to many city attractions. The hotel stands at the crossroads of Kennedy Allee and Stresemann Allee, named to commemorate John F. Kennedy’s visit to Frankfurt in 1963.
For guests using points, Kennedy 89 will be classified as a Category 4 World of Hyatt property, with standard room redemptions priced at 12,000-18,000 points per night and standard suites at 21,000-27,000 points per night.
