Mastercard has recently introduced an innovative airport lounge concept named “Taste by Priceless,” delivering an upscale dining experience for select cardholders. These lounges, currently situated in Hong Kong and Sao Paulo, offer a la carte dining featuring chef-curated tasting menus influenced by local flavors, alongside signature desserts and drinks. The lounges are designed with ample seating for dining, work, and relaxation, as well as power outlets and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Access to these lounges is granted to holders of World Legend and World Legend Exclusive Mastercards, who may accompany up to three guests with unlimited entries within three hours prior to departure. Other Mastercard cardholders have the option to purchase access for $70-100 per individual. Eligibility can be confirmed by presenting a physical credit card or a Priority Pass associated with an eligible Mastercard product.
In the United States, cards like the Citi® / AAdvantage® Globe™ Mastercard®, Citi Strata Elite℠ Card, and Bilt Palladium Card provide access to these lounges. Notably, the Citi AAdvantage Globe Card, which generally does not offer lounge privileges beyond four Admirals Club passes annually, qualifies for entry into these Mastercard lounges.
Mastercard intends to broaden this lounge network, with the next venue scheduled to launch in Mexico City. These lounges offer a distinct advantage, particularly for cardholders whose products do not otherwise feature extensive lounge access.
