Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR) grants several rights to individuals whose personal data is processed. Users whose data has been collected and/or processed and for whose purposes they have consented, during the entire period for which this data has been collected, may send complaints/notifications/requests to countertour.com by sending an email to [email protected]. The response time for such complaints/notifications/requests is 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt and registration.
