Lufthansa is poised to launch Project FOX, a venture designed to elevate its passenger experience and establish itself as the leading premium airline in Europe. As part of this initiative, Lufthansa has joined forces with the German skincare brand BABOR to roll out new amenity kits on long-haul flights, debuting in first class in late March 2026 and in business class in early May 2026.
Michelle Mynhardt, Head of Brand Marketing and Customer Relations at Lufthansa, underscores the airline’s dedication to premium service, pointing out that the addition of high-quality skincare is a refined touch that enriches the onboard experience. First class travelers will be provided with BABOR’s collagen peptide booster cream, while those in business class will receive lip balm and hand cream from the Soul & Body collection.
Additionally, first class guests will have the opportunity to choose extra skincare items from a new menu designed to cater to their preferences, featuring revitalizing eye cream, eye zone patches, firming filler serum, and moisturizing gel cream. This tailored approach is a fundamental element of Project FOX, prioritizing comfort, individuality, and outstanding service.
The rollout of these amenity kits marks the initial concrete aspect of Project FOX, highlighting Lufthansa’s commitment to providing a more personalized and premium travel experience.
